Well go ahead and upload your pics Here You can also find the link up top by clicking on "Gallery" You can hold your own private gallery that only you can view i believe...or you can also post your stuff in the public gallerys. Fast loading too. Btw Post your renders there too. In the right section of course..

Nah. I'm sure the mods/admins are active enough to approve em. I know I'll be checking in a few times everyday. If necessary, get at me on aim/msn and ill approve.
